Hi, I’m Rakshana.
I’m a Cloud, Email and Automation Engineer working with businesses worldwide to diagnose and fix issues in live production systems. My work sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, email delivery and automation reliability.
I enjoy working on real systems especially when something is already broken, behaving unpredictably or needs careful stabilization rather than quick fixes.
I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity in Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Melbourne, AUstralia. My academic focus includes cloud security, networking fundamentals and secure system design.
Alongside my studies, I actively work with clients on production environments. This allows me to continuously connect theory with practice and make decisions that consider both technical correctness and real-world constraints.
I value clarity, honesty and restraint in technical work. My goal is not to over-engineer systems, but to make them reliable, understandable and easier to operate after my work is done.
